We are now recruiting a Nordic HR-Partner to work in close collaboration with and report directly to our Head of HR. As this is a completely new role, you will be given the opportunity to be part of forming the role together with the Head of HR for Cramo Adapteo.

The Role

As the Nordic HR-Partner you will be an important part of the process of creating and developing Cramo Adapteo’s HR processes and support, in parallel to the ongoing transformation of Cramo Adapteo. You will support our managers in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Germany with operational support in areas such as but not limited to;

·        Recruitment

·        Contract management and HR-administration

·        Compensation & Benefits

·        Onboarding and Offboarding

·        Labour law and rehabilitation

Cramo Adapteo is on a change journey and this role will be highly influenced by it. For the right person there are great opportunities to be part of the development and implementation of new processes and tools to support our long-term strategy and vision. You will play a crucial role in realizing some of the change initiatives as decided by the Head of HR and the Management Team.

Your background

You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you get to use your experience and creativity to create new structures and processes. You are proactive, flexible and solution-oriented, and like to interact and build relationships with people in an international environment. You are an excellent communicator and have experience in coaching managers. You have a university degree, or equivalent, with emphasis in HR or business administration. We believe that you have at least 2-3 years of experience of a junior HR generalist role.

For best resolution, we believe that you have a good understanding and experience of the Office package, PowerPoint and Excel in particular, and that you have a strong interest and understanding of digital and technical tools. Experience in leading HR related projects is merited. It is critical that you are fluent in English and one or more of the Nordic languages and/or German.
