HR Coordinator to Truecaller

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to grow and develop within HR and to be a part of the Stockholm tech-start up community. We are now looking for a HR Coordinator to Truecaller for a fixed term, full time assignment, for the period of 1 year, starting mid March 2019. This is an interim position as a consultant via Wise Professionals. The role is based in central Stockholm.

Your assignment

In the role as HR Coordinator your main focus will be to ensure that HR processes are managed in an effective, structured and compliant way. Truecaller are looking for someone to join their dynamic and fast-paced international team. You will cover a HR colleague who is on parental leave for one year and will be working closely with the Global HR Director. The organization is growing and there will be plenty of opportunities for the right candidate.


  • Manage compensation & benefits processes, such as giving input to payroll and insurance providers, whilst also responsible for coordinating the annual salary review and annual salary mapping.
  • Responsible for the relocation of new employees by coordinating immigration, home search and settling in services together with our external vendor
  • Manage questions from employees regarding immigration and being responsible for initiating and coordinating work permit extension applications
  • Responsibility for pre-boarding and onboarding processes for new employees giving them the best start possible, but also being in charge of the offboarding process for employees leaving the company
  • Making sure all information is up-to-date in our HR systems, employee handbook, and other employee and manager facing material, processes and policies
  • Creating ideas and support in executing culture events for our employees
  • Coordinate various HR processes including leadership, learning and development, performance management and employee engagement
  • Owning and executing specific HR projects
  • Building good relationships with employees and managers within the organization and be supportive in HR enquiries

Your background

  • 2+ years of work experience with broader HR Operations (HR assistant/coordinator/generalist), Global Mobility (relocation/immigration), or a strong experience in admin/assistant role with interest in HR.
  • Degree in relevant field and a track record of being a doer, having delivered on projects independently and successfully
  • Ability to be structured and efficient 
  • Able to prioritize workload and expectations in a fast-paced environment
  • A dedication to being creative and process driven, at the same time, constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
  • Fluent skills in English, in speaking as well as writing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An openminded and positive attitude and you are eager to learn and develop

It is a plus if you

  • have experience with Swedish labour law
  • have worked with compensation and benefits administration
  • have previously worked with people in multi-national environments
  • have prior experience working with Swedish immigration and/or relocation services
  • are familiar with the global tech scene
