We are now looking for a passionate and driven communications professional to lead corporate communications. The person will join our talented, motivated and friendly team on the cutting-edge. About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for Mycronic Group’s corporate communication. Together with the team, you will drive the brand and communication development, supporting Mycronic’s business strategy and goals. You will set the communications agenda, plan and execute on internal and external communication and drive brand awareness. You will also empower the organization to successfully execute on the brand strategy. This through implementing smart tools, guidelines and collaboration.

Your main accountabilities will consist of:

  • Set the overall communications strategy of the global organization and develop key communication concepts and initiatives that will strengthen the brand.
  • Establish a close collaboration with the organization’s marketing teams and other internal stakeholders.
  • Create company brand guidelines and ensure communication activities are executed within the guidelines.
  • Create and implement internal communications plans to support the business objectives and employee engagement programs.
  • Manage and develop communication channels such as external and internal web, including social media.

You will be part of an engaged team of professionals and work in an international matrix organization. Based in Täby, you will report to the Senior Vice President Global Functions.

About you

We believe that you are a skilled communications leader, with several years of experience from similar roles and a proven track record of strengthening brand perception and driving successful communication activities. You are a confident leader with a creative mind and great proficiency with different communications technologies and tools. You have excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in English. To succeed in the role, you also have project management skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while prioritizing appropriately and maintaining professionalism. You are comfortable in managing the needs of many internal stakeholders and with a professional attitude find solutions together.
