This is a consultant assignment at KIMM/Wise Professionals for 6 months. For the right person this is also an opportunity to transfer to permanent employment. The starting date ranges from late August to October.
As Communication and Marketing Coordinator you will support the Communication and Marketing Team Leader in the planning and execution of external communication activities, including marketing and branding. Since the company is on a journey to expand and develop the Communication and Marketing Team, this is a new role where you will play an important part in advising the leadership on how to develop the communication and marketing strategy and how to take the next step. The current team consists of the Communication and Marketing Team Leader and another Communication and Marketing Coordinator. The workplace is in Uppsala with the possibility to work from home according to business needs.
- Communication and Marketing: contribute and support the development and implementation of communication and marketing strategies, routines, and processes
- Brand Management: plan and manage updates and implementation of new branded material
- Marketing Material: create, prepare and produce marketing material.
- Digital Material: plan and support strategies for digital presence, develop new material, post news in SoMe channels and manage analytics and update the website.
- Conference Coordination: plan and prepare conference presence, coordinate participant preparation and follow-up, coordinate workshops set-up, organize marketing material to exhibits.
We believe that the person suitable for this role have a broad experience in communication and marketing and enjoys a variation in tasks and responsibilities. You are used to coordinate different activities and are a helpful team player. You are a proactive but humble person and curious to learn new things and to develop yourself and others.
You are used to work both on a strategic, operational, and administrative level. You have a metrics-driven marketing mind, copywriting skills and an eye for creativity.
If you have previous experience working from the Life science industry or have interest in this field, it is considered a merit.
- At least 3 years´ experience from a similar role
- Higher vocational education or university degree in marketing, design, or communication (BSc or MSc).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and Google Workplace
- Former experience of marketing project management
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Speak and write fluent English
- It is meritorious if you have experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
