Marketing Automation Specialist to a bank in Stockholm

Our customer is one of the biggest banks in the Nordics who has their headquarter in the north of Stockholm. This is an assignment at KiMM/Wise Professionals with start as soon as possible according to agreement and lasts initially until the end of December with the possibility to be extended.


The banking sector is undergoing a big change with digitalization, new technology and regulatory framework and as the financial landscape is changing, this company is shifting from business-driven IT to an IT-driven business. The IT-development runs shorter sprints using agile ways of working, ensuring fast delivery and value in line with customer and business needs. Teamwork, collaboration and leadership is a crucial part of the way business is running, and that is the key for high performing teams.

Project Description and Work Tasks

We are now looking for a CRM Project Manager/Marketing Automation Specialist, Digital Sales for one of the biggest banks in the Nordic in Stockholm. Their newly established Digital Sales team is part of the company’s Sales & Customer Relationship unit (Sales & CR). Digital Sales is responsible for attracting new customers, life cycle management and their Martech stack.

Digital Sales also support other sales channels in Sales & CR with digital sales and marketing expertise. This role will be a part of the new Private team. The office is located in the north region of Stockholm.


  • Plan, drive, optimize, follow up and suggest new Marketing Automation programs
  • Analyse A/B tests together with our CRM analyst and suggest actions
  • Manage targets, marketing budget and agencies
  • Continuously identify and implement a more efficient way of working
  • Work with content management in close collaboration with agencies
  • Segment target groups, analyse the behaviour and draw conclusions

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • A University degree In Business Administration with focus on Marketing strategy or similar
  • At least 4-8 years’ experience from a similar role
  • Experience of working with Adobe Campaign or other marketing automation platforms is a plus
  • Analytic skills
  • Ability to manage different stakeholders in a professional and senior way
  • Structured with the ability to manage many different projects running at the same time
  • Interest in Marketing automation
  • Experience from B2C marketing
  • Very good communication skills
  • Fluent in one of the Nordic languages and English (written and spoken)

The work will require regular travel to the Nordic offices
