We are now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the strategy, growth, and implementation of the marketing and advertising campaigns of our FoodTech Business Area, with a focus on digital channels. The world faces a huge challenge: to feed the global population by the year 2050, we need to produce 60% more food than we do today. However, there is only land available to produce 20% of that need. We are now looking for an experienced digital marketing expert who will be responsible for creating and supporting data-driven marketing strategies and take a leading position in the team to drive the FoodTech marketing forward in line with the business goals.
You will be a key driver in strategic projects in marketing operations and our digital marketing infrastructure, including web and social media, marketing data analysis, marketing automation, CRM and other platforms.
- Identify, test, and scale new channels to continue to meet or exceed our marketing and business goals.
- Plan and execute SEO strategy as well as SEM, social media, and display advertising. Take responsibility for all types of digital advertising, including the monitoring of bids and other metrics.
- Be the go-to person within FoodTech for any question related to web and digital marketing, including hands-on support with web publishing and similar tasks.
- Be a champion for continuous measurements and analysis of data, as a foundation for building a data-centered marketing approach.
You will be based in Stockholm Kista and report to the FoodTech Global Marketing Manager and work in close collaboration with FoodTech’s marketing team and the global web team.
To succeed in the role, we believe that you have about 5 years of experience driving and Managing campaigns preferably in B2B environment. You have a track record in developing growth strategy via paid/organic channels like Web, Social, Affiliate and Referrals, in different countries. You are creative and analytical with data-driven thinking and have solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
Ideally you have experience from an international working environment and from agile project management. You enjoy working with others and believe that you and others can always learn and grow. You embrace challenges and welcome feedback.
