About the role

Your task is handling all HR management related topics of our Sales Units in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland in close cooperation with the Country Director Nordics and as a member of the local Management Team. In addition you are responsible for HR in the production site in Finland. In this role you are a part of the Freuenberg Home and Cleaning Solution EMEA Human Resources Team. These tasks include in particular:

  • taking care of all employee relationship related matters in your area of responsibility
  • advising and supporting all managers in HR related topics like remuneration, talent development, succession planning and organizational development
  • recruiting and selecting new employees
  • leading our annual talent management and performance processes and discussions in area of responsibility ensuring compliance of local HR processes and payroll in relation to group guidelines and principles as well as legally
  • working in projects locally as well as in the european and global HR community
  • processing KPI’s and employee data analysis
  • continuosly improving local HR processes

Who are you?

In order to fulfill the tasks, you have an University degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resources and have at least 5 years experience in the field of HR of an industry company.

Above that the following characteristics describe your person:

  • very good knowledge in labour law and social security law of Sweden, first knowledge of these in the other Nordics countries would be an advantage
  • knowledge of modern HR tools and processes
  • high affinity to modern HR IT sollutions (ideally Workday) and very good knowledge of the standard software (MS Office)
  • very good English skills, fluent in Swedish and ideally knowledge of Danish, Finnish or Norwegian
  • strong collaboration and teamwork skills, high level of initiative and readiness of mind
  • ability and willingness to work in complex matrix organizations
  • good assertiveness, strong communication skills and absolute integrity
