Creating content and campaigns in digital channels

On behalf of a client in the financial sector, we are seeking a marketing professional to join their marketing team in Stockholm.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will execute the yearly marketing plans in the Personal Customers business area. Based on customer insights and business needs, you will cover content eg. on webpages and in the marketing automation system. You act as a project lead and implement marketing projects in close collaboration with marketing managers, cross-functional teams and different stakeholders. The purpose of your activities is to enable the bank to tell its brand story and meet the KPI’s of its business in Sweden.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Managing marketing and content projects.
  • Planning and creating content.
  • Building customer journeys covering several platforms.
  • Executing and optimising the activities from the marketing and commercial plans.
  • Analysing the results of the activities and reporting them.
  • Cooperating closely with external and internal stakeholders.

Desire and ability to achieve results

We wish to find a highly motivated individual who can contribute to the development of our ways of working. That requests an analytical mindset and a deep knowledge of value creation and commercial capabilities as well as knowledge of the most common martech tools. We also think it requires the ability to innovate and convert data into concrete results.

The ideal candidate has:

  • A university degree or similar level of education in marketing, sales, business, or other relevant field.
  • At least five years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record.
  • Excellent skills in content creation.
  • Experience in marketing automation tools, analytical tools, SEO and genAI.
  • Work proficiency both in Swedish and in English.
  • A genuine interest or knowledge of the banking and financial sector.
  • Interest in developing digital customer communications constantly.
