Role and Responsibilities
The future of Samsung lies in our ecosystem of state-of-the art products, our leadership in technology and innovation and how we contribute to a sustainable future. In the role as HR Business Partner you will have the overall responsibility of supporting one of the Nordic Sales and Marketing divisions in all HR issues. You will be working in our Kista Office and report to HR Director.

The HR Business Partner shall be an active and integrated part on all levels within Samsung in its effort to achieve business goals.

As the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for:

  • Support management and employees in day-to-day issues concerning HR
  • Develop and support the implementation of HR policies and regulations
  • Manage and administrate the Performance Management process
  • Manage and administrate Comp. & Ben. Process – including review of positions, job and salary levels
  • End-to-end Recruitment and Talent Management
  • Employee Satisfaction Survey management and follow-up

Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role we believe you have:

·        At least 5 years’ experience from working within HR operations

·        Experience from working in a global company

·        University degree or similar education

·        Excellent communication skills in Swedish as well as English

In this role, it is important that you are business and customer oriented and are able to work effectively and in an inclusive manner with both individuals and groups of people that have diverse styles, abilities and motivation. As a person, you take ownership by being proactive, structured and finalize work independently.
