The role
As a recruiter at McKinsey Stockholm office, you will enter a team of four fantastic colleagues. You will be responsible for the full candidate life cycle. This includes hiring candidates with the right profile requirements by creating effective sourcing strategies using an appropriate combination of attraction events, direct sourcing, and referrals to approach, attract and develop candidate interest. Together with the team, you will be responsible for driving and managing all aspects of recruiting for consultants and interns.

As a recruiting professional, you must have a credible presence with strong commitment to performance excellence. You will build collaborative and trusting relationships. There is freedom to try new ideas and you are excited to constantly learn, grow and develop.

You will participate in recruiting related projects in the region and will work to identify and recommend improvement opportunities. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing recruiting results and disseminate all relevant information relating to your efforts including developing annual analysis of recruiting results against historical and competitive benchmarks and identifying strategies to improve recruiting initiatives.

About you
We are looking for someone with a couple of years experience from similar role working as a recruiting professional in a consultancy firm, law firm or similar. To be successful, you will need to be proactive, goal driven and motivated by an entrepreneurial culture. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and flexibility to work overtime (when necessary). Ability to work successfully in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment 

Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive approach is an asset, as well as demonstrated ability to drive and lead projects independently. You perform well under pressure and creative problem-solving mindset. An excellent customer service attitude is a must and the ability to build and cultivate an outstanding candidate experience!

For this role, you need to be fluent in Swedish and English.
