Senior recruiter to an international company

Are you a senior recruiter in Gothenburg that likes to try new ideas and are you excited to constantly learn, grow and develop? If the answer is yes this might be the right assignment for you!

This is a full-time consulting assignment via Wise Professionals in Gothenburg, starting as soon as possible with the opportunity for full-time employment.

The role

As a senior recruiter you will join a team of four fantastic colleagues. You will be responsible for the entire candidate life cycle including hiring top candidates by creating effective sourcing strategies. We rely on your expertise in applying the appropriate combination of attraction, direct sourcing, and referrals to source and develop candidate interest. The team will manage the entire recruitment circle from start- to finish and provide counseling and advice throughout the sourcing, application and interview stages.

As a senior recruiting professional, you present yourself as a prime resource with a strong commitment to performance excellence. You enjoy building collaborative and trusting relationships with both candidates and clients. You will also be given the freedom to explore new ideas as you thrive for constant knowledge, growth, and development. You will execute hiring strategies to attract and develop diverse candidate pools and take ownership for cultivating and retaining relationships with colleagues in the Stockholm office to ensure appropriate representation.

About you

We are searching for an experienced recruiter with a creative mindset. To be successful in this role, you are proactive, goal oriented and motivated in an entrepreneurial culture. You have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and enjoy working in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment within an international environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
  • Deep understanding of recruiting strategies, channels, and processes
  • Highly developed executive search skills working in a fast-paced recruiting environment (e.g., candidate attraction, talent assessment)
  • Ability to handle confidential information and communication clearly and professionally with all stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build strong working relationships with candidates, recruiting colleagues and consultants at all levels and use a proactive approach
  • Excellent customer service approach
  • Ability to build and cultivate an outstanding candidate experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a strong team environment, yet work independently to see projects through to completion
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and lead projects independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Swedish is a plus
