The position is available at Fortum’s Stockholm or Helsinki offices. Must be open to travel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accountability

  • Lead and establish TAM and Employer Branding within Fortum´s People function, our ways of working and achieving significant market success
  • Maintain vision of both TAM and EB discipline to keep the unit and Fortum at the top end of the market
  • Develop and implement diversity & inclusion strategy

Planning & Complexity

  • Identifies priorities/actions and pro-actively addresses topics/areas connected to TAM and EB operations/delivers, by understanding business needs and implication, both on group level as well country/local

People Management & Relations

  • Requires strong communications and change management skills and the ability to influence others.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Senior professional with experience of main drivers of TAM and EB operation/delivery model
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Solid experience being accountable for TAM and EB in global role, cross country set up
  • You are an inspirational leader who can motivate your colleagues
  • You are open to traveling occasionally
