  • Leading facility-related projects such as site relocations, moves, or reconfigurations to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Managing relationships with vendors and service contractors to ensure service quality and cost-efficiency.

Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a world-class workplace experience by collaborating with the Workplace team to design and execute internal events and activities that strengthen company culture and promote inclusion. You will also be responsible for managing the operational budget, ensuring effective investment plans, monitoring and approving daily expenses for Workplace, and promptly addressing any urgent facilities issues as they arise.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a leader with a strong background in facilities management, business administration, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in facility operations management, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
You should have a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously while solving complex problems efficiently.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills that enable you to collaborate effectively across different teams and locations.
  • A solid track record in budgeting and financial management, ensuring workplace investments are aligned with organizational needs and goals.

We are looking for a skilled project manager who combines strong structure with adaptability, embracing change as a natural part of progress. These qualities are evident in everything you do.
