Position summary
We are looking for a high calibre individual who will have responsibility for Recruitment activities to attract and secure the best talent for the Firm. The role will report to Head of HR in the Stockholm office and work closely with the HR Assistant.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have the following responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Manage the full recruitment process for law students and lateral associates through Firm systems
- Develop and implement candidate recruiting searches, mapping, pipeline and strategies in collaboration with the Head of HR and practice groups Heads
- Work with Head of HR and Head of Business Development & Marketing to review Employer Branding materials and marketing collateral to position the Firm as an employer of choice
- Collaborate with Head of HR as well as Head of Business Development & Marketing to advertise positions on job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing platforms to attract applicants to open positions.
- Regular touch points with EMEA recruiting team to ensure local recruitment operations are consistent with our broader regional approach
- Where necessary, together with Head of HR liaise with recruitment agencies ensuring terms of business are in place and arrange agency briefings for active recruitment
- Manage bookings and liaise with the relevant parties to attend student events, fairs, and activities, as well as manage our exclusive summer associate program.
- Screen resumes, portfolios, and other application materials from candidates to determine their qualifications for open positions
- Conduct screening calls and interviews for potential candidates providing clear feedback to the candidate and internal hiring manager on next steps
- Keep in regular communication with new joiners, administering the reference and background checking process
- Organize the induction program ensuring that new joiners have a smooth onboarding and integration experience
- Producing recruitment reports relating to recruitment processes and active recruitment
Position Requirements
- Experience and knowledge of HR and Recruitment is essential
- You strive to identify, source, attract and screen candidates
- Manage time effectively and keeping the business stakeholders up to speed regularly
- Knowledge of job posting sites and LinkedIn sourcing capability
- Knowledge of professional services environment desirable
- Experience of Workday is desirable
- Excellent oral and written communication in Swedish and English
- Client service oriented and credible with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Committed team player with a willingness to be proactive
- Strong structural skills with ability to multi-task
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Able to work autonomously
- Handles pressured situations calmly and with care
- Good judgement and professional maturity
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional presence.
- Excel, Power point and other desk top product experience
