Polygon Group is now looking for a Project Manager to Group IT in Stockholm, who wants to ensure that IT initiatives are not only delivered, but also adopted, used correctly and create real business value.
Your everyday work
As a Project Manager in Group IT, you will be responsible for driving IT projects end‑to‑end in an international environment. The role combines IT project management with change management, with a strong focus on implementation, adoption and realization of business value.
You will lead projects from planning to execution and follow‑up, acting as a bridge between IT, the business and external vendors. The project portfolio includes initiatives within information security, Microsoft 365 and Copilot, system implementations, improvement projects and large group‑wide programs for example within Infrastructure Solutions or Best of Breed application implementations.
You will work closely with stakeholders across countries, prepare decision material and project documentation, and ensure that delivered solutions are not only implemented but actually used in the business. The role contributes to strengthening structure, governance and execution capability within Group IT.

You are a structured and communicative person who enjoys working in a dynamic, evolving environment. You are comfortable taking ownership, driving initiatives forward and collaborating with many different stakeholders.
You thrive in roles where technology, business and people intersect, and you have a strong interest in both IT and change management. You are confident presenting and communicating, and you are flexible in situations where everything is not yet fully defined.
Requirements:
· Around 4–7 years of relevant experience, for example within IT, technology or business‑facing roles with elements of project management
· Experience of IT project management and change management
· A structured way of working and experience preparing decision support material
· High‑level understanding of IT infrastructure (cloud, workplace, security, networks)
· Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders across the organization
· Experience working in an international or global environment is considered a merit
· Experience with agile delivery projects and knowledge of project models such as PMP, PRINCE2 or similar is a plus
· Fluent English, both written and spoken (Swedish is not a requirement)
