Are you an IT professional who enjoys combining user support with hands-on technical work and systems administration? At Vaultica, you’ll join an international IT environment where technology is business-critical, with the opportunity to take ownership, broaden your technical skills and contribute to a growing European organisation.
Your Workday
As an IT Support & Systems Engineer, you’ll have a varied role combining end-user support, Microsoft 365, endpoint management and systems administration. Supporting colleagues across several European locations, you’ll take ownership of incidents and requests from initial troubleshooting through to resolution.
Your work will include managing Windows devices and the Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra ID, Exchange Online and Intune, as well as supporting onboarding, offboarding, permissions, MFA and user lifecycle management. You’ll also have opportunities to get involved in areas such as Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualisation, networking, backup and infrastructure.
The role offers plenty of technical variety and the opportunity to broaden your skills over time. As Vaultica grows and develops its IT environment, you’ll contribute to technology rollouts, process improvements and automation. You’ll work independently with plenty of ownership, while collaborating closely with IT colleagues across Europe.

With a structured approach, you can prioritise when several things are happening at once and enjoy an environment where collaboration, initiative and knowledge sharing are valued.
