ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and goal‑oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation and continuous development of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) across our global organization. You will be part of the Global IT organisation and belong to the business systems team, reporting to the Business system manager. You will belong to a team with eight dedicated colleagues and collaborate closely with senior management at executive level.
This role offers full responsibility for driving ERP initiatives from pre‑study to go‑live and stabilization, ensuring real business value and alignment with our global processes.
You will:

Lead ERP implementation projects in an international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with organizational goals and efficiency in processes.

Manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning and design through implementation and post-go-live support, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and budget control.

Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders across multiple continents.

Facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.

Drive organizational change management and user adoption, providing training and communication to maximize business value.

Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and data governance standards and actively contribute to our ERP strategy and roadmap.

Act within the Nord-Lock group IT project approval and governance model.
YOUR PROFILE
The ideal candidate is a proactive and structured Project Manager with experience working in global environments and you understand the value of travelling to meet colleagues at other sites. You combine a strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach and enjoy keeping projects moving forward. You communicate clearly, collaborate easily with both business and IT, and stay focused even when things get complex. With strong commercial and financial understanding, you can assess costs, benefits, and overall business value with confidence.
You have:

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or IT.

Proven experience managing global ERP projects, preferably with Dynamics 365 F&SCM.

Solid understanding of ERP processes within Finance and Manufacturing, with good insight into key Supply Chain flows and how integrations are designed to support end-to-end business processes.

Knowledge in project management methodologies (PMI, Prince2, Agile)

Experience with project budget responsibility’

Several years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in ERP project management.

Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Meritorious:

Experience with adjacent systems (CRM, WMS, MES, PLM)

Understanding of DevOps principles and workflow

Relevant experience from participating in complex IT change initiatives or projects
