Your workday
As Head of Delivery & Support at Speeron, you will own the full customer journey from implementation projects to ongoing support, ensuring high‑quality delivery, smooth onboarding, and a consistent service experience across markets. You lead both the Project Delivery and Support teams and are responsible for a scalable operating model covering processes, workflows, SLAs, resource planning, quality assurance, and continuous improvements.
As Head of Delivery & Support, a key part of your role is driving the implementation and adoption of new internal systems and processes that enable scalable, efficient operations. This requires an open and enthusiastic mindset toward change, with a strong willingness to drive improvements and implement new systems to create more effective and scalable processes. You also own the P&L for Delivery & Support, balancing customer satisfaction, operational performance, and financial outcomes through budgeting, forecasting, and margin follow‑up.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product development, Finance, and key vendors on scope, pricing, timelines, and customer expectations. As the senior escalation point for complex deliveries and support cases, you ensure structure, clarity, and quick resolution.
Operating across Sweden, Poland, Finland, Norway, Denmark, the Baltics, and Germany, you coordinate teams across locations and time zones, oversee project execution, and ensure consistent, scalable ways of working throughout the organization.
Who are you?
To succeed in the role Head of Delivery & Support, we believe you have:

Several years of experience leading service delivery, support operations, and / or project delivery.

Strong understanding of hospitality technology or other customer‑facing technical environments.

Proven experience owning budget, forecasting, or full P&L.

A hands‑on and pragmatic leadership style—comfortable stepping into operational work when needed.

Experience with project methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall).

Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in customer dialogue, escalation handling, and steering expectations.

Familiarity with CRM/ERP or delivery‑supporting systems.

Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You thrive in fast‑moving environments and enjoy combining long‑term strategic development with daily operational follow‑up.
