As HR Manager you play a key role in shaping and developing the Swedish HR function – ensuring it is aligned with both local business needs and global guidelines. Working closely with the business, you naturally build strong relationships while setting direction and driving progress.
Based in northern Stockholm you will lead and develop the local HR team, consisting of a HR Partner, HR Coordinator and Payroll Administrator while also having responsibility for the reception function. You will report to and work closely with the HR Director
YOUR ROLE
You take ownership of the HR agenda in Sweden and drive both operational excellence and long-term development. This includes:

Leading and developing the HR function and ensuring high-quality, efficient HR processes

Acting as a strategic and operational partner to managers across the business

Supporting and coaching managers in complex employee cases, rehabilitation and recruitment

Driving leadership development and strengthening capabilities across the organization

Managing union relations and leading negotiations, ensuring compliance with labor law
-
Owning key HR processes such as salary reviews, the full employee journey and work environment

Driving continuous improvement, structure and digital development within HR
-
Ensuring alignment with global HR standards and actively contributing to international initiatives and forums
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for a business-driven HR Manager who is confident in their expertise and brings a value-creating mindset. You have a natural ability to navigate complex organizations, build trust and drive change in close collaboration with the business.
You will be at the heart of the operational day-to-day, working closely with managers and employees and handling the challenges that arise in a fast-growing production environment. At the same time, you are a confident negotiator and a clear communicator, with the ability to create structure, direction and momentum.
YOUR PROFILE

Have extensive experience from broad, qualified HR work (approx. 10+ years)

Excellent knowledge of Swedish labor law and experience from restructuring processes and managing union relations/negotiations

Have experience working in an international environment

Build strong relationships and create trust across the organization

Combine a strategic mindset with a hands-on, pragmatic approach

Act with integrity, clarity and confidence in driving and challenging HR topics

Are unpretentious, solution-oriented and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment

Fluent in English and Swedish is mandatory
