As Sales Director Nordics, you have full responsibility for Duell’s Nordic business and sales organisation. You will step into a key role where you are expected to create structure, elevate performance, and drive growth across the entire region.

You will lead a Nordic sales team across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Baltics – in an organization where much of the work is done remotely, making your leadership crucial in setting direction, building energy, and delivering results.

The Nordic business is Duell’s most important growth engine and serves as a benchmark for commercial excellence across the Group. This means you are not only leading a region – you are setting the standard for Europe.

You report to the CEO and are part of the Group Management Team.

Your mission

As Sales Director Nordics, you hold overall responsibility for leading, developing, and scaling Duell’s Nordic sales organization. You drive growth by increasing market share, strengthening profitability, and ensuring the business evolves in line with the company’s ambitious targets. A key part of your mission is to create structure, clear follow-up, and a high-performance culture where both individuals and teams reach their full potential.

You challenge existing ways of working, identify new business opportunities, and drive initiatives that strengthen both the customer offering and the overall business. By building strong relationships with customers, dealers, and brand partners, you ensure long-term and sustainable growth. The role also involves close collaboration with other functions across the organization, where you contribute to strategic decisions and ensure the business is driven in a data-oriented way with a clear focus on KPIs and results.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who combines commercial sharpness, leadership, and drive – and who thrives in an environment where you both think strategically and act operationally.

You have:

  • Several years of experience in leading sales, preferably at a Nordic or European level

  • A proven track record of driving growth and improving sales performance

  • Experience in leading teams in a distributed organization

  • Strong business acumen and solid understanding of profitability, margins, and KPI-driven management

  • Experience from a relevant industry is required, such as distribution, retail, or aftermarket – experience within powersports is considered a strong advantage

Your leadership profile

To succeed in this role, you are:

  • Results-driven – you create momentum and deliver on targets

  • Coaching and clear – you build trust and bring people with you

  • Structured and analytical – you work data-driven and follow up consistently

  • Action-oriented – you see what needs to be done and make it happen

  • Relationship-driven – you navigate effectively in a Nordic context and European

Why Duell?

  • A strategically critical role in a listed company with a strong growth agenda

  • The opportunity to shape and develop the Nordic business

  • A company with a strong market position and attractive brand portfolio

  • High level of mandate and close to decision-makers

  • An entrepreneurial environment where performance and business impact are at the center
