Main Responsibilities:
· Daily management of business applications and projects, including major IT assignments and initiatives.
· Ensure applications and systems are secure, up to date, and meet business requirements, with a focus on continuous improvement, policies, procedures, and legal aspects.
· Work in a structured and proactive manner, utilizing defined models and processes to achieve stable operations, early risk mitigation, on-time delivery, and cost control.
· Vendor governance: steering and daily follow-up of deliveries according to contract, including reviews and management.
· Close collaboration and coordination with Functional Managers, Business Owners, Suppliers, and other IT teams and functions such as Supply and Legal.
· Daily international interaction with contacts and teams in local countries, at regional, and group level.

Education & experience:
Solid competence in IT Technology, Application Management, ITIL framework, Project Management
Minimum ~5 years experience in Application Management / IT System Implementation Projects
Role as AM Service Manager/Project Manager/Service Delivery Manager for critical/complex Business Applications, preferably in POS/Retail/Omnichannel (restaurants, catering, hospitality)/Finance areas
Competencies and Skills:
High-level understanding of Application domain, IT landscape and components including integrations/interfaces
Experience of Vendor steering & governance including IT contracts management
Assist in the evaluation and redesign of practice offerings and new requirements
Change management
Strong advantage:
Dedicated interest and experience to understand IT solutions end-to-end high-level.
Drive continuous improvements with aim to streamline/implement best practises.
E.g. in Retail/Omnichannel; from user experience perspective, business processes, on-site and server environments
(POS and payment terminals, tablets, displays, scanners, scales, smartphones, printers, wifi, lan, network & communication, sftp, firewalls, integrations, api, data, servers on prem and cloud)
