DOVISTA is now looking for a Systems Consultant to join the Digital Business Solutions team and play a key role in the implementation and long-term development of our new HR system.
Your daily work
As a Systems Consultant, you will take a central role in implementing and developing our new global HR platform – both strategically and hands-on. You will act as a technical expert in HR solutions, integrations, and system configuration, helping shape how the system supports business operations across the DOVISTA group.
You’ll collaborate closely with HR, IT, and external partners across Europe, ensuring robust integrations and a scalable, future-ready system landscape. After go-live, you’ll continue driving optimization, maintenance, and innovation.
Your responsibilities include:
- Design, configure, and implement HRIS solutions and related applications within a complex ecosystem
- Act as the technical owner of HR systems – continuously improving architecture, integrations, and processes
- Translate business requirements into effective, secure, and scalable technical solutions
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and key stakeholders to ensure system solutions deliver measurable business value
- Ensure best-practice use of HR technology, data governance, and system integrations
- Design and maintain integrations, data flows, and reporting frameworks across platforms
- Contribute to IT process improvements and apply best-practice methodologies (e.g., ITIL, agile frameworks)
- Support post-implementation development, performance tuning, and troubleshooting

- Deep technical understanding of HR systems (e.g., HRIS/ERP platforms)
- Experience with system integration, configuration, and data management
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how to translate them into system logic
- Analytical and structured mindset, with the ability to navigate both technical and functional discussions
- Clear communication and collaboration skills across functions and borders
Who are you?
You are a tech-savvy, curious, and collaborative problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of HR and IT. You enjoy tackling complex system challenges and contributing to long-term digital development.We believe you bring:
- A university degree and 3+ years of experience with HRIS implementation or system management
- Solid understanding of HRIS functionality – e.g., Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, or Onboarding
- Experience from at least one full-cycle HR system implementation, preferably in an international setting
- Familiarity with data reporting and analytics tools within HR
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Fluent English and minimum basic Swedish
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe during the implementation phase
