ABOUT THE ROLE

The role is based in Upplands Väsby where Öhlins has its Swedish headquarters. You will join an organization of approximately 270 employees characterized by a strong combination of technical excellence and entrepreneurial spirit.

You will report to the HR Manager and work closely with the HR Coordinator and Payroll Administrator while also collaborating internationally through the HR Director and colleagues across the wider Brembo Group.

YOUR MISSION

As a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process – from workforce planning and sourcing to hiring and onboarding. At the same time you will drive and develop our employer branding initiatives to strengthen our attractiveness as an employer and increase our visibility in the market.

You will work both strategically and operationally and act as a key partner to the business in matters related to talent acquisition, workforce planning and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes across a variety of roles and functions. The role will primarily focus on Sweden while maintaining a broader perspective to support talent acquisition activities across Europe and Asia when needed

  • Partner with hiring managers and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process

  • Create engaging content for social media, career sites and other communication channels

  • Track, analyze and report on recruitment and employer branding KPIs to drive continuous improvement

  • Build and maintain relationships with schools and universities to strengthen Öhlins’ and other Brembo’s employer brand through targeted employer branding activities

  • Proactively source and headhunt candidates through various channels and networks, develop sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines and collaborate with external recruitment partners

  • Contribute to and drive special recruitment initiatives and global talent acquisition projects when required

  • Manage onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate and employee experience from attraction to integration

YOUR BACKGROUND

We believe you have:

  • A few years of experience in Talent Acquisition within recruitment and employer branding

  • Experience working closely with managers and business leaders in both operational and strategic contexts

  • Strong system and analytical skills, including experience working with HR systems, recruitment tools and recruitment metrics

  • A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English and experience from international or global organizations is a plus
