We are looking for a Global Learning & Skills Strategy Lead to shape how Securitas develops skills, capabilities, and future readiness across its global workforce. This is a strategic and operational role with a strong focus on learning technology, systems, data, and AI, supporting Securitas’ Insight 2030 and People Strategy.

With more than 336,000 employees across 44 markets, you will play a key role in enabling a modern, scalable, and future-ready learning ecosystem for both office-based and frontline employees.

ABOUT SECURITAS
Securitas is a world-leading safety and security solutions partner that helps make your world a safer place. By combining deep operational expertise with advanced technology, we deliver integrated security solutions across the entire value chain.

With around 336,000 employees in 44 markets, Securitas is a truly global organisation guided by strong values and a clear ambition to continuously develop its people and services.

WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN SECURITAS
Securitas is on a clear transformation journey where skills, capability, and continuous learning are critical to long-term success. Through the People Strategy 2030, learning is a top strategic priority.

In this role, you will work close to Group People & Culture, senior leaders, and divisional teams, with the opportunity to influence how learning and upskilling are enabled at scale in one of the world’s largest service organisations. You will also collaborate closely with the Global Talent Management Lead in a complementary sister role.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Global Learning & Skills Strategy Lead, you are responsible for shaping and advancing Securitas’ global learning and skills agenda. The role is strategic, tech-oriented, and hands-on, focused on enabling organisational movement rather than traditional training delivery.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the design and execution of a global learning and skills strategy aligned with Insight 2030 and the People Strategy.

  • Translating strategic priorities into scalable learning pathways, competence frameworks, and upskilling initiatives across divisions and countries.

  • Contributing to the optimisation of the global LMS landscape (Oracle and Learning Pool), including processes, data quality, reporting, and governance.

  • Identifying and enabling the use of AI and modern learning technologies to improve personalisation, content production, and analytics.

  • Supporting the global Learning Technology Review through requirements gathering and vendor evaluations.

  • Strengthening global learning governance, standards, and ways of working in collaboration with divisional teams.

  • Acting as a global Learning SME and strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, while leading the global Learning community.

WHO YOU ARE
You are strategic and operational, structured, and comfortable working in complex, global environments. You combine long-term perspective with the ability to work hands-on, build strong relationships, and influence without formal authority. You are curious about technology, data, and AI, and motivated by driving long-term capability development.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Several years of experience within Learning & Development, Learning Technology, Learning Operations, or similar.

  • Experience from complex and global or matrix organisations.

  • Strong understanding of learning technology ecosystems and digital transformation.

  • Experience supporting broad workforce populations, including frontline or deskless employees.

  • Experience with LMS optimisation, learning processes, or technology-led transformation.

  • Experience with vendor evaluations or RFI/RFP processes is a plus.

  • Background from consulting is valuable, but it is crucial that you also bring solid corporate experience.

  • Ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and articulate a credible and engaging long‑term vision.

  • Fluent English is required, Swedish is a plus.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

  • Location: Flexible / Global (HQ Stockholm)

  • Hybrid work model
