They are now looking for a Global Talent Management Lead who can drive, influence and develop an agenda that spans 44 countries, while based in the HQ in Stockholm.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Global Talent Management Lead, you are responsible for developing and harmonising Securitas’ global processes within Talent Management and Succession Planning. The role is both strategic and hands-on, and you will be expected to create clarity and structure in a complex, decentralized environment.
You will be responsible for:
• Global processes within Talent Management and Succession Planning
• The annual Talent Review process
• Further development of leadership assessments, succession methods and criteria
• The Executive Development Program, including design, partnerships, budget and delivery
• The global 360° feedback process and its implementation
• Consistent 360° ways of working and support for local teams
• Global networks within Securitas for your areas of responsibility
• Forums and working groups that translate global strategy into regional application
• Talent insights, KPI monitoring and decision-support for Group Management
WHO YOU ARE
You are forward-leaning, confident and relationship-oriented, and you quickly build trust with senior leaders. You are driven, analytical and able to find your way forward even when structures are not fully defined. You thrive in complex, global matrix environments and you have the ability to influence and create movement.
YOUR BACKGROUND
• Several years of experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning or Leadership Development
• Comfortable working with C-level stakeholders
• Experience leading complex international projects
• Experience with 360° assessments
• Excellent English (Swedish is an advantage)
• Academic degree (Master’s degree is a plus)
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
• Location: HQ Stockholm, Lindhagen
• Hybrid work: 2–3 days per week onsite
