ABOUT THE ROLE
MAKE IMPACT WHERE IT MATTERS
As Senior Nordic HR Business Partner, you will have broad and independent responsibility for supporting managers in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. You act as an advisor and coach to leaders, run workshops and training sessions, and develop programs for leadership development and a learning organization. You work with labor law matters, strategic HR initiatives and contribute to making HR a strategic partner in the organization. You lead and develop Nordic HR initiatives within areas such as engagement, retention, diversity and inclusion, and collaborate closely with global and local colleagues. The role also involves driving projects and processes across borders and contributing to creating a data-driven and systematic HR function. The position can be based in Sweden, Norway, or Denmark.
Examples of responsibilities:
• Advising and coaching managers in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark
• Leading and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and leadership development initiatives
• Handling labor law matters and employee relations in the Nordics
• Developing and implementing HR processes and programs
• Contributing to performance management, feedback culture, and change management
• Ensuring HR policies and routines comply with local legislation and cultural differences
• Supporting HR analytics and reporting for data-driven decisions
• Participating in and driving cross-border projects and global HR programs
YOUR PROFILE
YOU BRING THE EDGE
You have at least 5 years of experience in qualified HR roles, of which at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner in a Nordic context. You have a deep understanding of labor law and HR processes in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, and are used to navigating complex matrix organizations. You have experience in delivering training and workshops, managing union negotiations and building HR processes in international environments. You are digitally competent, solution-oriented and thrive in a fast-moving and entrepreneurial environment. You are humble, generous with knowledge sharing and have a strong ability to build relationships and influence with a consultative approach.
You have excellent knowledge of English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian). Several Nordic languages are an advantage. Relevant HR education and labor law education are required or equivalent professional experience.
