As we prepare to move into our brand-new headquarters in Frösunda, Solna, we are looking for a Workplace Operations Manager to take ownership of our workplace operations and help develop how our future workplace functions.

This is a broad and visible role combining workplace management, office operations and facility coordination. You will ensure that everyday operations run smoothly while driving improvements that create a safe, professional and welcoming workplace.

Location: Täby for now, moving to our brand-new headquarters in Frösunda, Solna, in December
Employment: Full-time, permanent
Preferred start date: November 2026

About Mips

Mips Group is a world leader in helmet-based safety. Our technology is based on more than 30 years of research and development and is used in helmets around the world.

Our Stockholm headquarters bring together approximately 90 employees within research and development, sales, marketing and administration. Mips is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Large Cap.

About the role

As Workplace Operations Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the daily operation and continuous development of our workplace.

A key part of the role is coordinating and developing our office services and supplier relationships, covering areas such as cleaning, catering, deliveries, access, security and other workplace needs. You will also coordinate workplace projects and contribute to our work within physical work environment, fire safety and sustainability.

Our move from Täby to a brand-new headquarters in Frösunda will be an important part of your first period at Mips. You will help establish new suppliers, routines and services and contribute to creating a workplace that supports both our employees and our continued growth.

The role is hands-on and close to the business. You enjoy taking broad responsibility and are equally comfortable planning ahead, coordinating stakeholders and stepping in when something needs to be solved.

What you will do

  • Own and coordinate the daily operation of our workplace and office services.

  • Develop workplace routines, services and ways of working.

  • Manage and follow up suppliers within areas such as cleaning, catering, security and access.

  • Coordinate workplace projects, including activities related to our new headquarters.

  • Coordinate matters relating to physical work environment, fire safety, security and workplace risks.

  • Contribute to Mips’ sustainability agenda, including workplace and business travel-related reporting.

  • Create a professional and welcoming experience for employees, visitors and partners.

  • Communicate workplace information and routines across the organisation.

  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve how our workplace operates.

Who you are

You are structured, proactive and service-minded, with the confidence to take ownership and make things happen. You enjoy creating order, staying one step ahead and moving between planned activities and unexpected challenges.

You are comfortable working independently and communicating with employees, managers, suppliers and visitors in an international environment. You take pride in delivering a high level of service while continuously looking for ways to improve how things are done.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have

  • Several years of experience within workplace operations, office management, facility coordination or a similar area.

  • Experience independently coordinating the operation of an office or workplace.

  • Experience managing suppliers and external service providers.

  • Experience coordinating projects and activities involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Exposure to areas such as physical work environment, fire safety, security or sustainability.

  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive, independent way of working.

  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Experience from an office move, workplace development or a growing international organisation is an advantage.

Why Mips?

At Mips, your contribution will be visible every day. You will have the opportunity to help shape our new headquarters, develop how our workplace operates and take broad responsibility in a global, successful and growing company.
