Executive Assistant
What does an ordinary day look like?
Your role as Executive Assistant is central and is the hub for the CEO and management team to function optimally. You need to have the will to understand and work closely to our business. In your role you will also have many interactions with the Chairman and founder Larry Leksell as well as the board of directors.
Our pace is high and the CEO’s days mainly consist of meetings and trips where you are responsible for ensuring that these happen as smoothly as possible and that the right material is collected and available. You will contribute in both big and small and the tasks will vary but below is a selection:
· Responsibility for the CEO’s mail
· Advanced calendar and meeting management – confirmations, materials, rebooking etc
· Advanced travel management – flights, transport, hotels, etc.
· Responsibility for management group meetings
· Protocol Writing
· Travel bills, expenses, invoices etc
Who are we looking for?
To succeed in the role, we see that you have at least five years of experience as CEO-assistant or Executive Assistant at an international company where you have worked with a management team and / or a board.
You are proactive and accurate as a person and you have a strong integrity and you work independently and diligently. You can make your own decisions along the lines of the company and the CEO and you are generally very confident in the role as an assistant.
You have the ability to prioritize, to plan and you are prestigious and clear. Of course, you are used to handling confidential material, good at building trust and interacting with all kinds of people. You are a smart thinker and a reliable person. You are a very skilled communicator in both Swedish and English.
Ongoing trips occur so you need to be able to travel once a month / bi-monthly.
