HR Business Partner – Dassault Systemes

Here at Dassault Systemes, we are growing our Nordic HR team. We are looking to employ a new HR Business Partner to join in our journey, with someone who wants to influence and make a difference in our organisation. The role:

Our new HR Business Partner, will work closely with local and international business levels. We are currently 200 employees in the Nordic region, where you will interact daily with managers both locally and across Europe. The role will be to coach managers, operational support in connection with the whole employee journey, employee surveys, competence development and development that supports internal succession. In the role as HR Business Partner, you will be working broadly with HR issues, primarily as opertational managerial support for approx. 40 managers across Europe. The role is part of our Nordic HR team, whilst interacting daily with HR teams in France, UK and the The Netherlands. Our offices are located at Klarabergsviadukten in central Stockholm.

You will be involved in the development of a modern HR function, where your role will be to review working methods, routines and policies. You will contribute with qualified support during recruitment and provide support to managers in the interpretation and application of laws, agreements and policies. Issues/queries related to comp & ben and employer branding are a part of your role.

Our organisation language is English, as this role will be working on an international level we are looking for candidates who can communicate unhindered in English, both written and verbal.

Your background and attributes:

We are looking for you who has studied academically in HR or an equivalent education. We are also looking for you with at least three years of experience of a similar role and are confident in supporting managers in different HR processes. You have a great commitment to HR and, like us, think that our employees are our most important resource. You are a trustworthy professional and have a clear coaching approach. You are able to easily build relationships and you see yourself as an ambitious “doer” who wants to drive exciting processes forward.

We want you:

  • To have at least 3 years experience in a broad operational HR role
  • Fluent in English verbally and in written
  • Previous experience from an international organisation
  • Merited – experience of Finnish HR sturcture/processes/policies
  • To have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, or equivalent
