HR Business Partner to NREP

The Role
As HR Business Partner your responsibility covers a wide variety of HR related elements, as you will be the Swedish representative of the Nordic HR funktion. The operational hands-on tasks will be supplemented with assignments linked to the overall business strategy. You will be part of the Nordic HR team and work with our partners and leaders, primarily in Sweden.

Focus will be to identify and develop best practice in all HR related areas but as our Swedish and Nordic practices are growing, we expect you to drive an ambitious recruitment target, from identification of business need through search, interviews, contract handling to on-boarding.

The HR Business Partner will be based in Stockholm and will be reporting to the HR Director Nordics (based in Copenhagen).

Your background
You have a university degree, or equivalent, with emphasis in HR or business administration. You are an experienced HR Professional with the willingness work in a role covering the wide range of HR assignments on all different levels.

Being the sole HR representativ in Sweden, you are self-motivated, driven and take on responsibility for the entire HR agenda.

You have an interest in understanding our leaders’ business challenges, and where you can proactively support them the best way possible.

We believe that you thrive in an environment with many activities going on, can drive tasks independently, can challenge our leaders respectfully on HR matters, and understand how to address different people. You need to be fluent in both Swedish and English.
